Getting started/ideas

I cant really choose what i want to do. I have two very cool ideas (to me.)

a) i could do a 12th century surrealist
or
b) look at similar cultures and compare how their art is similar

i can't decide and its making me confused

    Sari, don't get bogged down in making a decision yet. I think that there is a way to morph both of your ideas into one stellar research project.
